STAINLESS STEEL SHADOW BAORDS
Material:
- All shadow boards are manufactured by food equipment industry craftsman right here in the USA
- · ASTM A240 Gr.304 (B2 Finish) or Gr. 316 (B2 Finish) alloys specifically for the Food and Beverage manufacturing industries
- · ASTM A276 Stainless round bar is used for Pegs. All pegs are welded all around with sanitary, homogenous fillet welds using the GTAW process.
Printing Process
- · The process we use to print an indelible mark is an Electrochemical Screening process.
- · Unlike laser engraving or etching which produces undesirable profiles, our process produces an indelible mark that is smooth to touch and will not introduce a source for harborage or product cross contamination.
