On Time Business Solutions proudly supplies electrical components, pipes, valves, and fittings that meet the demanding specifications of nuclear facilities, and government-funded utility projects. Our products comply with key regulatory standards including:

NEC (National Electrical Code)

UL / ETL listings

TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliance

Buy American Act (BAA) guidelines

ASME / ANSI and NQA-1 specifications for critical piping and valves. From high-voltage wire and conduit to stainless steel pipe, safety valves, and control fittings, we deliver code-compliant, traceable, and certified materials ready for inspection and field deployment.

Carbon Steel Pipe

  • ASTM A53, A106, API 5L grades
  • Sizes: ½” to 36”+
  • Schedule: Sch. 40, 80, 160, XXH
  • Applications: Steam, oil, gas, high-pressure systems
  • Coatings: Black, galvanized, or fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE)

Stainless Steel Pipe

  • 304/304L, 316/316L
  • Seamless or welded
  • Highly resistant to corrosion — used in chemical, nuclear, and potable water lines
  • Sanitary tubing for sensitive environments

Alloy Pipe

  • For high-temp or corrosive environments
  • Common in nuclear or power plants where superheated steam or aggressive media is present

PVC & CPVC Pipe

  • Schedule 40 & 80
  • NSF-rated for water systems
  • CPVC tolerates higher temps - used in chilled water and      non-metal corrosive lines
  • UV-stabilized for outdoor installations

HDPE Pipe

  • High-density polyethylene
  • Used in underground utility, water transfer, stormwater
  • Fusion-welded for leak-free joints
  • Chemically resistant and flexible

Copper Pipe

  • Type K, L, M for potable water
  • Common for HVAC systems
  • Sweat or press-fit connection options

Gate Valves

  • Used to start/stop flow
  • Full port or reduced port
  • Cast iron, carbon steel, bronze, stainless
  • Rising or non-rising stem

Ball Valves

  • Quick shutoff, low torque
  • Available in brass, stainless, carbon steel
  • Fire-safe, high-pressure, or 3-piece for serviceability
  • Teflon seats for chemical resistance

Globe Valves

  • For regulating flow
  • Precise throttling control
  • Often used in steam and nuclear systems

Butterfly Valves

  • Lightweight, cost-effective
  • Lug and wafer style
  • Common in large-diameter, low-pressure lines

Check Valves

  • Prevent backflow
  • Swing, lift, or wafer style
  • Stainless, brass, or ductile iron

Pressure Relief & Safety Vlaves

  • Protect against overpressure in critical systems
  • ANSI/ASME certified for power plant or chemical use
  • Often spring-loaded or pilot-operated

Control Valves

  • Automated or modulating
  • Used for flow control in energy systems
  • Actuators can be pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic

Threaded Fittings

  • Forged carbon or stainless steel
  • Elbows, tees, couplings, bushings, plugs, caps
  • Used in low- to mid-pressure systems

Buttweld Fittings

  • Seamless elbows, reducers, caps, tees
  • Sch. 40, 80, 160
  • Common in high-pressure, permanent installations
  • ANSI B16.9 compliant

Socket Weld Fittings

  • Compact, strong
  • Used for high-pressure steam, gas, and nuclear applications
  • Requires precise welding and inspection

Grooved Fittings (Victaulic Style)

  • Fast mechanical connections
  • Elbows, tees, couplings
  • Often used in fire protection and large-scale      mechanical rooms

Compression Fittings

  • Brass, stainless
  • Often used in instrumentation or control lines
  • Used where flaring or welding isn’t ideal

Flanges

  • Weld neck, slip-on, threaded, blind, lap joint
  • Raised face (RF), flat face (FF), or ring-type joint  (RTJ)
  • ANSI B16.5 Class 150–2500
  • Gaskets (spiral wound, ring, full face) supplied with or without
